1. Introduction

4. Account Eligibility

4.3 Individual Account Holders Only

Accounts may only be opened by, and in the name of, natural persons. Corporate, trust, and partnership accounts are not permitted. Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

4.4 Mental Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to a self-exclusion order, court order or equivalent restriction relating to gambling, you are not eligible to register or use the Platform and must not do so.

5. Account Registration

5.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and not misleading.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account with any third party, permit any third party to use your Account, or use any third party's Account. You must notify the Platform immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

5.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. If the Platform identifies that a User holds multiple Accounts — whether in their own name or using different personal details — the Platform reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

5.4 Account Currency

Accounts may be denominated in the currency options made available by the Platform at the time of registration. 6. KYC & Verification

7. Deposits & Payments

Any unauthorised use of Content may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 No Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Platform does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.

14.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JF777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

14.3 Maximum Liability

The Platform's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim giving rise to liability.

14.4 Gambling Losses

JF777 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by any User. All users participate in betting and gaming activities at their own risk and with full awareness that losing wagers is an inherent part of gambling.

15. Suspension & Termination

15.1 Platform Rights

JF777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• Provision of false registration information;
• Duplicate Account creation;
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors;
• Failure to complete KYC verification;
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period as specified in the operator's dormancy policy;
• Regulatory or legal requirements obligating the Platform to restrict access.

15.2 User-Initiated Closure

A User may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. All pending bets will be settled at the time of closure. Verified remaining real-money balances will be refunded to the User's verified payment method, subject to applicable terms and AML checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure.

15.3 Dormant Accounts

16. Amendments

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated or licensed, as designated by the operator. This document does not constitute a waiver of any rights the operator or User may have under applicable law.

Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that the Platform is operated from outside Pakistan, that JF777 does not claim any Pakistani governmental or regulatory authorisation, and that Pakistani users access the Platform at their own risk in respect of local law compliance.
